How to prepare for your visit, payment of fees & using our online booking system. 

​

For your initial appointment, in order to allow access to your shoulder blades down to the fingers, your knees down to the toes and your abdominal area, please wear very loose clothing. You should also bring a freshly laundered towel. 

Initial appointment to see Daniel at the Hazel Grove Clinic will be for 60 minutes. Follow up appointments are 45 minutes. Both payable online via card payment or via bank transfer. Block bookings and home visits are charged via bank transfer. All online card payments attract a small booking fee. No booking fee applies via Bank transfers. (Please add your surname and invoice number on bank transfers).

  • Initial Consultation with initial treatment £60.00

  • Follow up treatments £50.00

Using Cavendish Acupuncture Clinic's Appointment Booking system.

​When you click on the link above to make an appointment, you will be taken to our online booking system. New patients will first need to register by following the on screen instructions**.

​

Our client portal is where you can make a new appointment, view your existing appointments or view your invoices.

​

When you choose Book an Appointment you will be given the choice of locations to see Daniel, Stockton Heath in Warrington and Hazel Grove in Stockport. Click "Cavendish Acupuncture Clinic" For an appointment in Hazel Grove.

You will be asked to log in to your account or to set up a new account to confirm the booking.

 

 

**Once registered with us, new patients will receive an automated email containing two separate links. Clicking on each of these will take you to our "pre treatment forms page". Please complete the short "New client intake form", sign both forms (Required) and then send back to us (Required). All completed, signed and returned online. Once we receive the signed forms we can then email you the invoice with our bank details attached. A bank transfer prior to your appointment will confirm and save your chosen time and date with us. We cannot hold or save any appointments until payment has been processed. Once payment has been made we will email you a receipt for your records.
